This high-shine lipstick is equal parts balm, tint, and gloss and is formulated with an oil blend and a hyaluronic acid complex to lock in moisture. It leaves lips with a plush, soft feel and glossy shine and applies smoothly with buildable colour that can go from a subtle tint to an intense high pigment.
